With over a decade of experience in property investment, Jack has helped clients across the UK and internationally build long-term property wealth, working with investors from exhibitions and events in London, Shanghai, Nigeria and Saudi Arabia. As a former Director of a leading property investment company and now Co-Founder of Proxera Wealth, he believes great advice doesn't end when a property completes, it starts there. Jack is passionate about building lasting relationships, taking the time to understand each client's long-term goals and recommending opportunities that genuinely fit their wider wealth strategy. Known for his honest, approachable and transparent style, he believes trust is earned through doing the right thing, every time.
Outside of work, you'll usually find him enjoying time with family and friends, watching Arsenal, playing a round of golf or catching up over a pint.
Shannice Fredericks
Co-Founder
With over a decade of experience in the property industry, Shannice has supported clients throughout every stage of the investment journey, from her early career in property law through to becoming an award-winning property broker, recognised by the International Property Awards. As Co-Founder of Proxera Wealth, she is passionate about helping clients truly understand what they're investing in, taking an educational, advisory approach that puts long-term wealth ahead of short-term transactions. Known for her exceptional organisation, attention to detail and client care, Shannice prides herself on making every step of the process clear, seamless and tailored to each individual.
Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, spending time with family, shopping and has a soft spot for the finer things in life, especially handbags.
