Complete your profile
Everything starts with you, not a property. Tell us your budget, what you want the investment to do for you and how hands-on you want to be.

Set out your goals in a free PROXERA account, or book a call and talk it through with the team. We work with first-time and experienced investors, including buyers based overseas.
STEP 02
Get matched
PROXERA uses data to stress-test the market and match opportunities to your goals, so you see the right options instead of chasing listings or fielding cold calls.
Every opportunity is cross-checked against the data for income and growth before you see it. You get access to the whole market, across all property types and routes: buy-to-let, below-market-value opportunities, new homes and off-plan, and short-term lets.
If an opportunity does not fit your plan, we will say so. If you need a mortgage, advice comes from an FCA-authorised mortgage broker.

Make it yours
Only if you want to. Not every property needs work.
Start with the property as it is
The right opportunity may be a ready-to-let new build, or a resale that needs targeted improvements. You decide whether to change anything.
If you want to add rental appeal, we can renovate, refurbish or furnish it for you, without turning it into a lengthy, bespoke project.
Agree the scope, then we deliver it
The scope and budget are agreed with you upfront, along with any fees. The work is coordinated around a clear specification and schedule, with the aim of getting the property ready to let efficiently.

Let it on PROXERA
When the property is ready, we arrange the letting. Lettings and ongoing management support are available if you want them.
